A longer article about the hunt is scheduled to appear in the December 2017 issue of Missouri Conservationist. That magazine is the Missouri Department of Conservation's publication that is FREE to all residents of Missouri. Ends up in MANY rural mailboxes!!!!
I reviewed a draft of the article written by the state's Small Game Biologist, Dave Hoover and it is powerful & well done.
